Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Ocean / Air Import Documentation & Data Coordinator to manage import shipment documentation, shipment data, milestone updates, and coordination with overseas offices to ensure smooth and timely import operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data.
- Update shipment milestones and track exceptions.
- Collect, verify, and upload import documents such as Bill of Lading (BL), Arrival Notice, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, and Customs documents.
- Coordinate with overseas/intercompany offices for shipment documents and issue resolution.




- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation updates.
- Support smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Ocean / Air Import Operations or Documentation within the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean / Air Import processes and shipping documentation.
- Experience with freight forwarding systems; CargoWise preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
