o9 MFP Configuration Consultant with Scrum Master Experience

We are seeking an experienced o9 MFP Configuration Consultant with Scrum Master expertise to lead the design, configuration and implementation of Merchandise Financial Planning solutions on the o9 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement o9 Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from merchandising and planning teams.
- Design and configure dimensions, hierarchies, measures, workflows, and planning models.
- Develop financial planning processes including Sales, Margin, Inventory, OTB, and Forecast Planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable o9 solutions.
- Support data integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide production support.
- Create functional design documents, training materials, and process documentation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage sprint execution and track delivery progress using Jira or Azure DevOps.




- Remove team impediments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum principles.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Retail Planning, Supply Chain, or IBP solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with o9 MFP configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Merchandise Financial Planning and Retail Planning processes.
- Experience with o9 dimensions, measures, workspaces, dashboards, and workflows.
- 2+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, and Agile project management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM/Protected) preferred.
- Experience in Retail, Fashion, Apparel, or Consumer Goods domains is a plus
