Role: NVH CAE Engineer – Low & Mid Frequency Vehicle NVH Analysis
Responsibilities:
Vehicle NVH Analysis (0-600 Hz): Predict vibration behavior; analyze < 20 Hz modes; identify idle, boom, shake and resonance issues; perform sensitivity studies; develop NVH countermeasures.
Force Transfer & NVH Load Generation: Generate Wheel Center Forces; extract engine/transmission mount forces; analyze transfer paths; support downstream NVH simulations.
Correlation & Reporting: Correlate CAE with test data; prepare reports and recommendations; support design reviews.
Technical/ Functional
:
Robust knowledge in NVH, RLDA, and body / chassis systems.
Proficiency in ADAMS (vehicle/chassis modeling), Hypermesh /NASTRAN /MATLAB, Python., SEA
Vehicle NVH,
Vibrations, Multibody Dynamics, Load Path Analysis, Wheel Center Force & Mount Force generation. Tools: MSC Adams/Car, Adams/View, Simpack, RecurDyn. Preferred: Python/MATLAB, HyperMesh, Nastran/OptiStruct, LMS Test.Lab/Simcenter. SEA
Candidate should have:
Sound Knowledge of ADAMS / HYPERMESH / NASTRAN
