Position: Nursing Trainer

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM

Experience: 6–7 years of relevant experience

Office Location: Pingmedia, Agra

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver effective theoretical and practical training to nursing students/trainees.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical sessions.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance related to nursing procedures.
- Ensure trainees understand clinical concepts, patient care, hygiene, safety, and qualified practices.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Monitor trainee performance, attendance, and overall progress.
- Maintain training records and required documentation.
- Support trainees in developing professional and workplace-ready skills.




- Coordinate with the centre team for smooth delivery of the training program.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum and training guidelines.

Requirements:

- B.Sc Nursing or GNM qualification.
- 6–7 years of relevant teaching, training, or clinical experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and practical nursing skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage classroom and practical training sessions effectively.
