Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage overall nursing operations and patient care services • Ensure high standards of clinical nursing practice and patient safety • Drive compliance with NABH & hospital quality standards • Manage nursing manpower, deployment, rosters and productivity • Mentor and develop nursing teams • Collaborate with doctors, clinical teams and hospital leadership • Monitor nursing KPIs,
