Consultant – Nuclear Medicine

Candidate Requirements

- MBBS with valid medical registration – Mandatory
- MD/DNB/DrNB in Nuclear Medicine – Preferred/Required as per position
- 0–5 years of relevant experience; suitable fresh postgraduates may be considered
- Robust knowledge of Nuclear Medicine imaging and diagnostic procedures
- Experience with PET-CT, SPECT/CT and radionuclide-based diagnostic studies will be an advantage
- Good communication, clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient safety and radiation-safety protocols

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret Nuclear Medicine investigations as per qualification and institutional protocols.




- Review and report PET-CT, SPECT/CT and other nuclear imaging studies.
- Coordinate with Radiology, Oncology and other clinical departments.
- Ensure appropriate patient preparation, documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety, quality and infection-control standards.
- Participate in departmental academic and quality-improvement activities.
