About the Job

We are looking for a Nurse Trainer & Interview Coach to train and prepare nurses for their job interviews.

The ideal candidate should be a nurse with good clinical knowledge, communication skills and a passion for teaching.

Your Responsibilities

- Conduct mock interviews for nurses.
- Prepare candidates for nursing job interviews.
- Ask common nursing, clinical and situation-based questions.
- Help candidates improve their interview answers.
- Give feedback and explain how they can improve.
- Train nurses on professional communication and interview behaviour.
- Help candidates improve their English speaking and confidence.
- Explain nursing concepts and clinical situations in a simple way.




- Conduct one-to-one and group training sessions.
- Track candidate progress and identify areas where they need more training.

Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of nursing and clinical practices.
- Good English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with nurses.
- Good at teaching and explaining things clearly.
- Patient, friendly and supportive.
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus, but not compulsory.
