Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care in Operation Theater (OT) setting, ensuring sterile conditions and maintaining aseptic techniques.

- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, preparing patients, equipment, and supplies as needed.

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the doctor or supervisor.

- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatment plans.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth functioning of OT operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in nursing or midwifery with preference for those who have worked in an operation theatre setting.

- B.Sc / GNM degree from a recognized institution.

- Strong knowledge of infection control practices and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, doctors, and other staff members.
