PLIX, backed by Marico, is looking for an experienced New Product Development (NPD) Manager – Personal Care to join our growing team and drive the development of innovative, consumer-centric products.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

We're looking for professionals who have hands-on experience in the personal care industry and a proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from concept and formulation to commercialization and launch.

What we're looking for

- 4+ Years of Experience in Current Product Development within the Personal Care industry
- Strong understanding of product formulation, innovation, regulatory requirements, and commercialization




- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing
- Passion for creating high-quality products that deliver exceptional consumer experiences
