Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.

- Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer process with selected candidates.

- Complete pre-joining and documentation formalities.

- Coordinate joining and onboarding activities.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status updates.

- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.





- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.

- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
