Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The role involves supporting day-to-day retail operations, including assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring inventory is accurately managed.

The individual will handle billing and cash transactions, keep the store environment clean and organized, and follow standard operating procedures for sales and customer interaction. The role requires close coordination with team members and store leadership to meet sales targets, manage promotions,



and maintain company standards. The position also involves reporting basic performance metrics, adhering to safety guidelines, and participating in regular training and briefings.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic retail operations skills, including handling POS systems, cash management, and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Cooperative mindset with the ability to work well in teams and follow structured processes and guidelines.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on maintaining store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further retail or commerce education is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
