Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Non-IT Recruiter role based in Chennai. The Non-IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, operations, and support functions, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networks. The role involves coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive and qualified candidate experience.

The Non-IT Recruiter will also handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.



Collaboration with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, refine job descriptions, and support employer branding initiatives is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring for non-IT roles, preferably within engineering, construction, or AEC domains.
- Exposure to Technical Recruiting concepts, even if not focused on IT, to understand role requirements and job specifications.
- Familiarity with IT Recruitment processes is an advantage for partnering with broader HR and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Relevant experience in recruitment within manufacturing, engineering services, or similar project-based environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Comfort using ATS tools, HR databases, and MS Office for candidate tracking and reporting.
