Role Description The NOC and SOC Team Leader role is a full-time On Site position based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves leading a team responsible for monitoring network and security infrastructure, responding to incidents, and ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting service availability.

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing NOC and SOC operations, assigning and prioritizing tickets, coordinating incident response, and escalating complex problems as needed.

The Team

Leader will review alerts and logs, guide team members in troubleshooting, maintain documentation and runbooks, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements and security policies. This role also includes mentoring staff,



collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, and recommending improvements to tools, processes, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments and Computer Network Operations, with the ability to oversee 24/7 monitoring and incident handling.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve complex network and security issues.
- Solid Network Administration background, including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team coordination, coaching, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, cooperative culture.
- Familiarity with Security Operations Center (SOC) practices, incident response frameworks, and common security monitoring tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS) is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interact clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
- Experience working with enterprise or international client environments and meeting defined SLAs and compliance requirements.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent practical experience are preferred.
