To ensure effective monitoring of all project sites during night hours by supervising security guards and supervisors remotely through CCTV systems and direct communication, thereby maintaining discipline, vigilance, and safety standards.
- Continuous monitoring of CCTV feeds covering all project locations during the night shift.
- Call and verify the presence of each guard and supervisor on duty at regular intervals.
- Instruct guards/supervisors to conduct site rounds and ensure compliance.
- Collect and verify photo updates of site rounds posted in the designated WhatsApp group.
- Maintain a logbook of calls made, site updates received, and any incidents reported.
- Immediately escalate any irregularities, absenteeism, or misconduct to the Security Manager.
- Ensure guards/supervisors are in proper uniform and equipped with mandatory items (torch, lathi, whistle, smartphone with active SIM and data).
- Coordinate with gate supervisors to confirm vehicle movement records and photo postings.
- Prepare a brief nightly report summarizing site activities, compliance, and issues observed.
Pay: ₹9,217.09 - ₹15,000.00 per month
