Job Responsibilities • Develop current products from concept to production.
- Study customer requirements and prepare product specifications.
- Prepare and review 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase and Tool Room teams.
- Conduct prototype development, testing and validation.
- Prepare BOM, engineering documents and product development reports.
- Support DFM/DFA activities to improve manufacturability and reduce cost.
- Coordinate product trials and approval before mass production.
- Identify design and production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure products meet customer, quality and performance requirements.
- Maintain engineering change records and product development documentation.
