Role Description This is a full-time, on-site new product development role based in Rohtak. The role involves leading and supporting the development of new fastener products from concept through prototyping, testing, and commercialization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and technical research, defining product requirements, coordinating with engineering, production, and quality teams, and managing project timelines and documentation. The role also includes collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to refine designs, improve existing product lines, and ensure that recent products meet performance, cost,



and compliance targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate design options, and solve technical problems.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) and Product Development skills to drive innovation, prototype solutions, and bring new fastener products to market.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and engage with customers and suppliers.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple development projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in fasteners, automotive, construction, or heavy engineering manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of CAD tools, engineering drawings, and basic quality standards and testing procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtak, maintain organized documentation, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
