Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with strong experience in FortiGate SD-WAN, Aruba Wireless/WLC, and Juniper Switching . The candidate will be responsible for network troubleshooting, configuration, monitoring, and resolving critical network issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for FortiGate Firewall and SD-WAN .
- Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN, VPN, routing, NAT, and security policies .
- Support FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer .
- Troubleshoot Aruba WLC, Access Points, SSIDs, roaming, and authentication issues.
- Support Aruba Central and ClearPass .
- Configure and troubleshoot Juniper EX Series Switches .
- Handle VLAN, STP, LACP, Virtual Chassis, and routing issues.




- Perform network upgrades, patching, migration, and health checks.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
- For L3, act as an escalation point for critical incidents and complex troubleshooting.

Required Skills Fortinet: FortiGate, SD-WAN, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, IPSec/SSL VPN, HA, NAT, Routing

Aruba: Aruba WLC, ArubaOS, Aruba Central, Access Points, ClearPass, RADIUS, Wireless Security

Juniper: Juniper EX, Junos, Virtual Chassis, VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, Static/Energetic Routing

Experience:
