About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and should be comfortable working in a collaborative development environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and backend security practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and production issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and solution design.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of professional experience in Node.js backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of Express.js, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of MongoDB and/or SQL databases.




- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
- Good understanding of Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
- Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or CloudWatch.
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and application logging tools.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Employment Terms
- This is a full time, onsite position based in Indore.
- Selected candidates will be required to commit to a 2-year service bond with the organization.
