Job Summary We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Network Monitoring and Observability Engineer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing enterprise monitoring frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our clients' complex network infrastructures and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain core Network Management Systems (NMS) and observability tools including SolarWinds, ManageEngine, WhatsUp Gold, Nagios, and Datadog.
- Proactive Monitoring: Set up comprehensive dashboards, alerts, and threshold configurations for servers, network devices, applications, and cloud services to ensure minimal downtime.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Rapidly triage, investigate, and resolve network anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure outages.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize data collection, reduce alert fatigue, and refine log/metric collection pipelines across diverse enterprise environments.
- Collaboration & Documentation:



Work closely with engineering and support teams to document standard operating procedures (SOPs), architecture topologies, and resolution playbooks.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated experience in network management, systems administration, or observability engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with at least two or more of the following or similar platforms:

- SolarWinds

- ManageEngine

- WhatsUp Gold

- Nagios

- Datadog
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, BGP, OSPF) and infrastructure monitoring protocols (Syslog, NetFlow, WMI, SNMP traps).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of root-cause analysis and proactive issue mitigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
