Summary The Network Operations Center (NOC) Level 3 Engineer plays a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the global enterprise network, acting as the highest escalation point for complex network incidents, ensuring service availability, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

- Act as the Level 3 escalation point for critical network incidents and complex technical issues.
- Provide technical oversight of network operations by third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with standards and SLAs.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across various infrastructures.
- Lead major incident restoration activities for rapid service recovery.
- Collaborate with lower-level teams to enhance operational efficiency and resolve recurring issues.
- Support a 24x7 operational workplace as part of the on-call rotation.
- Provide regional support for EMEA, assisting with IT room design and equipment selection.
- Maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation.

Key Requirements




- 10+ years of experience in enterprise network operations or engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN and Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls.
- Proven knowledge of BGP routing protocols and Cisco Catalyst technologies.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, network security, and high-availability architectures.

Nice to Have
- Certifications: Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), Cisco CCNP Enterprise.
- Experience in NOC/SOC environments for operational support.
- Experience in industrial environments, supporting production-critical networks.
