We are looking for a motivated resource to support end-to-end delivery of enterprise network services across on-premises and cloud environments. This role focuses on maintaining secure, secure, and compliant network operations while learning service governance, incident management, observability, and automation practices (including AI-assisted operations under supervision).

Key Responsibilities

- Service Management and Delivery

- Support daily operations of enterprise network services and assist in improving service quality.

- Help monitor incidents, coordinate with teams for restoration, and document root cause and preventive actions.

- Track SLAs/KPIs and contribute to service performance reports.

- Assist in managing LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM), and remote access services.

- Use AI-assisted operations tools (triage/recommendations) with defined approval and audit controls.

- Governance and Service Controls

- Assist in operational review meetings, change control (CAB), and risk review processes.

- Maintain service documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, service catalog, and RACI.

- Support vendor performance tracking and service improvement actions.

- Follow AI governance controls, including approval workflows and fallback procedures.

- Network and Cloud Operations

- Support monitoring of network connectivity, segmentation, resilience, and performance across sites and cloud.

- Assist with secure cloud connectivity patterns and integration with enterprise applications.

- Participate in operational readiness for migrations and new services.

- Help ensure AI-enabled operations are monitored and controlled for reliable delivery.

- AIOps, Observability, and Customer Experience

- Support observability activities: telemetry monitoring, event correlation, and alert handling.

- Help identify recurring issues for automation and auto-remediation opportunities.





- Track customer-impact metrics and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

- Assist in AIOps lifecycle tasks with guidance from senior team members.

- Stakeholder Communication

- Support regular updates to internal stakeholders (business teams, architecture, cyber security, audit, and leadership).

- Help translate technical incidents into business impact updates.

- Assist in preparing reports for service performance and major incidents.

- Communicate AI usage boundaries and human oversight points when required.

- Continuous Improvement, Audit, and Compliance

- Contribute to process improvements using ITIL/SRE/DevOps practices.

- Track key metrics such as availability, MTTR, incident recurrence, and change success rate.

- Maintain audit-ready evidence, documentation, and remediation records.

- Support security and risk teams in vulnerability, patch, and access compliance activities.

Education & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Internship/project experience in networking, cloud, or IT operations is a plus.

- ITIL Foundation (or willingness to complete within first year) preferred.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience (internship/training/academic projects acceptable).

- Exposure to enterprise networking or cloud operations is an advantage.

Key Skills

- Basic understanding of ITIL service management (incident, problem, change).

- Foundational knowledge of networking: LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, firewall, DNS/DHCP/IPAM.

- Basic understanding of cloud networking concepts (preferably AWS).

- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools and automation basics is a plus.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn AI-assisted operations, governance controls, and compliance practices.

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

- ITIL Foundation

- CCNA (or equivalent networking foundation)

- AWS Cloud Practitioner / networking-related cloud certification
