Role description
UST is looking for an experienced Network Engineering and Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise network engineering, operations, and customer delivery engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strong proficiency in Network Engineering, including Routing & Switching and LAN/WAN & SD-WAN, combined with expertise in Network Operations & Troubleshooting and Network Engineering Delivery Management / Service Delivery.
The role requires experience managing enterprise network environments, leading technical teams, maintaining reliable network operations, and delivering measurable service outcomes. The successful candidate will also have intermediate-level experience with AWS OR Azure OR GCP to support cloud-connected and hybrid networking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Network Engineering and Operations services across enterprise network environments.
- Provide technical and operational leadership for Network Engineering, including Routing & Switching and LAN/WAN & SD-WAN.
- Oversee Network Operations & Troubleshooting, including incident management, escalations, service restoration, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement.
- Apply Network Engineering Delivery Management / Service Delivery practices to manage delivery commitments, operational performance, governance, and customer expectations.
- Drive SLA and KPI adherence while identifying opportunities to improve network reliability, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Support cloud-connected and hybrid network environments using AWS OR Azure OR GCP, depending on the applicable project setting.
- Lead network transformation, migration,
and modernization initiatives aligned with operational and delivery objectives.
- Manage customer relationships, governance reviews, escalations, and executive-level communications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Network Engineers and Technical Leads.
- Support resource planning, hiring, team development, and the effective allocation of network engineering capabilities.

Experience Requirements
- 14+ years of overall IT experience.

- Experience managing enterprise network environments and customer-facing engagements.
