Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's network infrastructure across office and factory locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable connectivity, network security, performance, and uptime across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and related network systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks across multiple locations.

- Configure and manage network switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and related network devices.

- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, connectivity, and uptime.

- Troubleshoot network outages, slow connectivity, packet loss, VLAN issues, and inter-location connectivity problems.

- Manage IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and routing configurations.

- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, access-control policies, and network security measures.

- Manage internet leased lines, broadband connections, failover links, and ISP coordination.

- Identify and rectify issues related to network cabling, patch panels, racks, and network points.

- Maintain proper network documentation, including topology diagrams, IP address lists, device configurations, and asset records.

- Perform network health checks, preventive maintenance, and capacity planning.

- Coordinate with ISPs, network vendors, AMC providers, and hardware suppliers for installation and issue resolution.

- Support connectivity requirements for ERP systems, servers, CCTV, biometric attendance systems, printers, and other business applications.





- Ensure network security, access restrictions, and timely firmware/software updates.

- Maintain backup configurations of critical network devices.

- Provide technical support during new site setups, office expansions, and network infrastructure upgrades.

- Respond to network incidents and ensure timely resolution with minimal operational disruption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.

- Experience with managed switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers/access points, and VPNs.

- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools and monitoring systems.

- Knowledge of firewall configuration and network security best practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot structured cabling, network racks, patch panels, and connectivity issues.

- Robust vendor coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to support multiple locations and work during planned maintenance or critical incidents when required.

Preferred

- CCNA certification or equivalent practical knowledge.

- Experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, Sophos, TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti, or similar networking equipment.

- Experience in manufacturing, textile, or multi-site environments.

- Knowledge of VPN-based site-to-site connectivity and network redundancy.

- Familiarity with CCTV networking, NAS, servers, and ERP infrastructure.

Pay: ₹29,704.95 - ₹44,217.70 per month
