We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer II – Network AIOps to build, integrate, and support AI Operations, observability, automation, and data integration solutions for enterprise network environments. This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with Network Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and support integrations between the Network AIOps platform and network/infrastructure data sources including telemetry, alerts, events, logs, incidents, and topology data.
- Develop and maintain ingestion pipelines, data normalization, enrichment, transformation, event correlation, and operational intelligence workflows.
- Integrate data sources from routers, switches, firewalls, controllers, cloud networking environments, and monitoring platforms.
- Build automation, APIs, scripts, and platform services to improve reliability, data quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Support use cases including incident triage, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, event correlation, and service-impact analysis.
- Improve platform observability through dashboards, alerting, health checks, tracing, and diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, network, data-flow, integration, and production issues.
- Contribute to architecture/design, platform upgrades, release validation, setting management, CI/CD, testing, and secure engineering practices.
- Develop maintainable code, Python/scripts, REST APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Participate in production/on-call support and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, workflows, and integration procedures.





Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering in production environments.
- Strong programming/scripting experience in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
- Experience with data integrations, APIs, event processing pipelines, and automation.
- Strong networking fundamentals: Routing, Switching, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, VPNs, and Network Monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with network telemetry/observability data such as SNMP, Syslog, Traps, Streaming Telemetry, Metrics, Events, Logs, Traces, and API-based operational data.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and modern infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex production/integration issues.
- Understanding of CI/CD, testing, release management, and secure engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Network AIOps, AI Operations, Event Intelligence, or Network Observability platforms.
- Experience integrating Monitoring Tools, ITSM, CMDB, Topology, Ticketing, and Incident/Event Management systems.
- Knowledge of data parsing, enrichment, correlation logic, and streaming/event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to ML-assisted operations, anomaly detection, and operational analytics.
- Experience with Terraform, REST APIs, Python automation frameworks, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Familiarity with Linux, Message Queues, JSON/YAML, authentication and integration patterns.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise/service-provider network environments.
