Role Description:

- Analyzing network strength of TVSM vs. competition
- Identify markets for network appointments
- Facilitate / provide resources for dealer prospecting
- Do background/quality check of new dealer applicants
- Obtain management approval for deserving dealership candidates
- Monitor Work in Progress for timely commencement of new dealerships
- Provide resources for current dealership hand holding
- Review of new dealership performance & facilitate achievement of Breakeven point
- Identify watch category dealers and plan replacements if any
- Ensure regular trainings and upgradation for continuous dealer development
- Identify dealers with long term potential & positive attidude and provide growth opportunity ton them in terms of expansion
- Ensuring all legal complainces with respect to dealer appointments & termination in consultation with legal department




- Provide smooth administrative mechanism for dealer appointments and terminations & liasoning with all the concerned sections
- Carryout PDCA of dealer appointment process
- Conceptualization & Implementation of dealership retail identity standards
- Identification of knowledge and skill gaps of team members & facilitate to bridge them

Managing points (Key KPI/KRAs)

1. Volume from New Network (AMD+BR+AD)
2. Appointment of AMD, Branch & AD as per the PD plans
3. Primary Network share gains w.r.t to Competition
4. Secondary Network Ratio w.r.t to Hero and HMSI
5. Lead time reduction in appointment of new AMDs and ADs
6. No. of newly appointed AMDs achievieng BEP volumes
