Must-Have

- Experience managing Cisco Meraki routers/switches and wireless access points
- Proficient in SD-WAN and multi-site network architecture knowledge
- In-depth understanding of core networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, SSL
- Experience deploying and managing ISP circuits and vendor coordination




- Expertise in VPN technologies and secure remote access implementation
- Robust grasp of network security concepts, including firewall configuration and access control
- Good knowledge in Cisco Meraki Router/switch/Access point upgradation
- Good troubleshooting skill in Auto VPN and able to work with Cisco TAC
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills
- Flexible to work 24/7 and ready to work in outside business hour

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer presentation skills
- Networking Certifications:
- CCNA & CCNP
- Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supports
