Role: Network Admin

Location: Chennai

Exp:4-12 Years

- Design, implement, manage, and optimize Cisco and Aruba wired and wireless network infrastructure across, data center, campus, and branch environments.
- Lead and support Cisco-to-Aruba migration projects, including planning, configuration migration, cutover execution, validation testing, and post-implementation support.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, Aruba Switches, Aruba Wireless Controllers, and Access Points (APs).
- Configure and administer Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass for Network Access Control (NAC), 802.1X Authentication, RADIUS, TACACS+, Guest Access, and Policy-Based Access Management.
- Diagnose and resolve complex networks, wireless, routing, switching, and security-related issues.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

- Hands-on expertise in Aruba OS, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Central, Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Strong understanding of advanced networking protocols and technologies including VLAN, STP, VPC, EtherChannel, LACP, VRF, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, and Spine-Leaf Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE for Network Access Control (NAC), 802.1X Authentication, TACACS+, RADIUS, Guest Access, Device Profiling, Posture Assessment, and Policy-Based Access Control.
- Experience supporting Enterprise LAN, WAN, Data Center, Campus Networks, Wireless Infrastructure, and Branch Connectivity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across wired, wireless, routing, switching, firewall,



NAC, and network security environments.

- Advanced Network Management

Strong hands-on experience with advanced networking technologies including VLAN, STP, VPC, EtherChannel, LACP, VRF, HSRP, Aruba VSX (Virtual Switching Extension), and Aruba VSF (Virtual Switching Framework).

2 Cisco ISE & Aruba ClearPass Integration

- Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass for Network Access Control (NAC), identity management, authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement.
- Experience configuring and managing wireless authentication, guest access, device profiling, 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, and policy-based access control.
