Roles and responsibilitiies:

- Architect, code, test, and deployC#/. NET FW & .NET services and APIs forinsurance platforms(policy administration, claims processing, underwriting).

- Participating in code refactoring and code reviews

- Implementmicroservices, event-driven architectures, andcloud-native solutions(dMZR) to support Cardifs digital transformation.

- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensurehigh availability (99.9% uptime)for critical insurance systems.

- Very close collaboration with Tech Lead, Tribe Tech Lead and other backend Developers and colleagues within the team

- Definition, implementation and update of control framework for business operations and processes with resource’s area of responsibility

- Day-to-day management of risks (identification, measurement, monitoring, mitigation techniques proposing, reporting) belonging to the responsibility of the department and resource’s area of responsibility.





- Enforcecoding standards, security best practices, andregulatory compliance(e.g., GDPR, Solvency II).

Contributing Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum master, Business analyst, Architecture and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, refine user stories and estimate effort

- Active participation in Scrum ceremonies, provide timely updates and inputs for others, bring technical expertise to relevant topics

- Be able to support temporarily other team functions like tester, or analyst in specific cases (Tshaping)

- Contribute knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Provide ad-hoc support requested by direct manager or Product Owner ev. Scrum master.

- With 24/7 actively collaborating during any production incident, contribute and prepare fixes
