Translloy India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its manufacturing team and is looking for experienced professionals to join our facility in Silvassa, UT.
We are an established manufacturer in India’s non-ferrous metal industry, with a legacy dating back to 1943. We specialize in copper-based alloy ingots, master alloys, and precision cast components, serving demanding industries including automotive, marine, aerospace, plumbing, foundry, and heavy engineering. With customers across markets including the U.S., U.K., Germany, and Singapore, Translloy is committed to quality, consistency, innovation, and sustainable manufacturing.
Current Openings
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Foundry Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day foundry operations including melting, moulding, pouring, casting, heat treatment, and fettling. The role involves managing shop-floor teams, monitoring process parameters, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key requirements:
- 11–15 years of relevant foundry industry experience
- Robust hands-on experience in melting, moulding, pouring, and casting of non-ferrous/copper-based alloys
- Experience with machine moulding and shell moulding
- Experience in Gun Metal casting will be an advantage
- Strong shop-floor supervision and team-management skills
- Good understanding of production, quality, and safety processes
2. Production Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing activities, production planning, manpower allocation, and shop-floor operations, with a focus on the melting and production of copper-based alloy ingots.
Key requirements:
- 7 -10 years experience in foundry, non-ferrous metal, or manufacturing operations
- Hands-on experience in melting and production of copper-based alloy ingots
- Strong understanding of production planning and shop-floor operations
- Experience in team supervision and manpower allocation
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality and safety procedures
3. Pattern Development & Maintainance Supervisor
Responsible for preparing, modifying, repairing, and maintaining patterns used in the foundry and casting process. The role will work closely with production and foundry teams to ensure patterns meet required dimensional and casting specifications.
Key requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Pattern Maker in a foundry/casting environment
- Hands-on experience in pattern making, modification, repair, and maintenance
- Experience with patterns used for sand, machine, and shell moulding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and dimensional specifications
- Knowledge of pattern allowances, shrinkage, machining allowances, and core requirements
- Experience with non-ferrous or copper alloy castings will be an advantage
