? WE ARE HIRING – DENIALS ANALYST | MULTISPECIALTY

We are looking for experienced Denials Analysts with strong hands-on experience in multispecialty US Healthcare RCM.

? Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze denied insurance claims across multiple specialties, including:

E&M;, Surgery, Radiology, Laboratory, Pathology, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, and Ancillary Services.
- Validate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and Modifier usage based on medical documentation and payer guidelines.
- Identify and work on various denial types, including:

➡️ Medical Necessity

➡️ Coding-related denials

➡️ Bundling/Unbundling

➡️ Modifier-related denials

➡️ Duplicate Claims

➡️ Timely Filing

- Perform coding corrections and resubmit claims when applicable.
- Prepare and support appeals with accurate coding rationale and required documentation.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



to identify recurring denial trends and support process improvement.
- Athena experience is an added advantage.

? Candidate Requirements

✅ 3–4 years of relevant Denials experience

✅ Solid hands-on experience in all the above-mentioned specialties is mandatory

✅ Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, medical coding, claims, denials, and appeals

✅ Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS & Modifiers

? Shift: Day Shift

Travel Allowance 3500
