Role Description The Multi Cuisine Senior Chef will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control across multiple cuisines. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food production schedules, and ensuring consistent presentation and taste for all dishes.

The Senior

Chef will design and update menus, experiment with new recipes, and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with food regulations. The role includes overseeing inventory, optimizing food costs, collaborating with management on special events or promotions,



and training team members to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in multi cuisine cooking (e.g., Indian, Continental, Asian), with the ability to develop and execute diverse menus.
- Proficiency in kitchen management, including staff supervision, workflow planning, and service coordination.
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and compliance with local health regulations.
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and portioning to maintain food quality and profitability.
- Skill in plating, presentation, and maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Robust time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure service periods.
- Prior experience as a Senior Chef or Head Chef in a multi cuisine restaurant or hotel is highly preferred.
- Relevant culinary certification or diploma from a recognized institute is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
