Job Title: MST / MEP Technician Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time / Rotational Shifts Salary: ₹25000 per month + Perks Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems. Handle HVAC systems, chillers, AHU, pumps, fire-fighting equipment, and DG sets. Troubleshoot issues in UPS, panels, lighting, and building utility systems.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Support day-to-day facility operations and attend emergency breakdowns. Maintain service logs and report faults or incidents promptly.

Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC (preferred). 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP / facilities maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to work in rotational shifts.
