Role Description The MS Dynamics NAV ERP Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and support of the company’s MS Dynamics NAV ERP environment. The role involves managing ERP configuration and customization, overseeing integrations with production, logistics, finance, and sales systems, and ensuring data integrity and process efficiency across all business functions. This position leads cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, supply chain, and management teams to translate business needs into effective ERP workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Daily responsibilities include supervising ERP-related projects,



coordinating with external vendors and internal IT staff, resolving system issues, training users, and continuously improving demand, business, and production planning processes through the ERP platform. The ERP Head is also expected to establish governance, documentation, and best practices to support scalability and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong demand planning and analytical skills to forecast requirements, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Planning and business planning capabilities to design and optimize ERP-supported processes across functions.
- Experience in production planning and coordination to align ERP workflows with manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Advanced expertise in MS Dynamics NAV (or Business Central), including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proven experience in leading ERP implementations or major upgrades in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Solid understanding of finance, inventory, and supply chain modules within ERP systems.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize requirements, and drive structured project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and process mapping skills with attention to data accuracy and system reliability.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to train and support users at different levels of technical proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant ERP certifications are an advantage.
