We are looking for a Motion Designer who combines strong visual storytelling with technical execution and can transform ideas into engaging, high-quality motion content.

THE ROLE

As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content across digital and creative projects. You will work closely with our creative and content teams to turn concepts and briefs into polished visual experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms and campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, transitions, typography, and visual effects.
- Edit and enhance video content with robust pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging and effective motion content.
- Adapt designs and animations for multiple formats, platforms, and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, content teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Keep up with evolving motion design, animation,



and visual content trends.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–4 years of qualified experience in Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of timing, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Good eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- A creative mindset with an interest in experimenting with new styles and techniques.
