Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor role based in Goregaon. The role involves conceptualizing and designing motion graphics for digital and video campaigns, storyboarding ideas, and creating visually engaging content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.

The professional will edit videos, add animations, transitions, sound, and visual effects, and optimize content for different platforms such as social media, digital ads, and corporate films.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with creative, copy, and account teams to understand campaign goals, ensuring timely delivery of assets, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. The role also requires staying updated on design trends and tools, especially those relevant to audiences in Tier 2/3 and rural markets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital, social media, and video campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, including video editing, post-production workflows, and basic sound integration.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for static and animated assets.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives tailored to semi-urban and rural audiences.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising formats and best practices for social and mobile-first content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Film, Media, or a related field; agency experience is a plus.
