Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB administration, database performance tuning, replication, sharding, backup/recovery, and high-availability environments. The candidate will work closely with application and technical teams to ensure database reliability, performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain MongoDB databases in production environments.
- Configure and manage replica sets, sharding, backup, and recovery.
- Perform query optimization, indexing, and aggregation pipeline tuning.
- Monitor MongoDB performance and proactively identify and troubleshoot database issues.
- Implement database security, access controls, and compliance practices.
- Support application teams with NoSQL data modeling and schema design.
- Design and maintain highly available and scalable MongoDB environments.
- Perform database troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain Linux/Shell scripts for database administration and automation.




- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of overall IT experience with solid hands-on MongoDB expertise.
- Strong experience in MongoDB Administration and Performance Tuning.
- Excellent knowledge of NoSQL data modeling and schema design.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Replication / Replica Sets
- Sharding
- Backup & Recovery
- Indexing
- Aggregation Pipelines
- Query Optimization

- Strong knowledge of Linux and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with database monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Understanding of database security, access management, and high availability.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
