Job Title: Molding Engineer

Experience: 2–4 years in Plastic Molding / Moulding Operations

CTC: ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day moulding operations and ensure production as per schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate machine planning, mould changes, colour changes and production priorities during the shift.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, spares, moulds and other required resources.
- Monitor machine process parameters and ensure production is carried out as per defined standards.
- Monitor rejection levels and take corrective actions in coordination with the Planning and Quality teams.
- Ensure proper segregation, identification and handling of rejected material and regrinding material.
- Monitor the working condition of moulding machines, ancillaries and utility equipment.
- Ensure smooth shift handover and proper communication between operators and shifts.
- Support machine installation, shifting,



erection and qualification activities when required.
- Conduct/assist in Process Validation, Machine Qualification and Mould Qualification activities.
- Maintain production, machine failure and other required reports and records.
- Ensure proper maintenance and overhauling of granulators and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S and applicable quality and safety procedures.
- Support internal/external audits and customer visits by maintaining required documents and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, BRC, GMP, BSCI and SEDEX.
- Train new employees and workers on relevant moulding processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety, PPE and positive manufacturing practices.
