Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer ?

Marketing

Cloud with 5?8 years of relevant experience to design, develop, integrate, and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, automation, integrations, and campaign execution.

Salesforce certification is mandatory for this role.

Experience with Tableau will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and CloudPages.
- Create and manage SQL queries, Data Extensions, data models, and segmentation.
- Develop personalized and targeted marketing campaigns using AMPscript and other Marketing Cloud capabilities.
- Configure and maintain customer journeys, automation workflows, and scheduled processes.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other external systems using APIs and integration tools.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and campaign-related issues.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development and security best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Mandatory Skills
- 5?8 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Data Extensions
- SQL
- AMPscript

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data architecture and customer journeys.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Positive understanding of Salesforce CRM and integration concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- At least one relevant Salesforce certification is mandatory.

Salesforce Certification Candidates must hold a valid Salesforce certification relevant to the role, such as:
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer

Marketing Cloud-related Certification Will Be Preferred.

Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with Tableau / Tableau CRM / Salesforce Analytics.
- Experience in building marketing dashboards and campaign analytics.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce integrations.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are mandatory.
