Job Purpose To develop accurate, coordinated

, and DFMA friendly BIM models for modular MEP support systems,

ensuring designs are manufacturing ready, assembly friendly, installation ready, and optimized for standardization and repeatability.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain DFMA friendly BIM models for modular MEP support systems, including support frames, trapeze supports, racks, brackets, and related assemblies.

 Develop LOD 400/450 BIM models for fabrication, assembly, and installation requirements.

 Develop LOD 500 BIM models for as built documentation based on project requirements.

 Prepare fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, layouts, sections, details, and support schedules as required.

 Apply DFMA principles to optimize support design for m anufacturing, assembly, transportation,

handling, and site installation.

 Develop standardized and repeatable support solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce fabrication and installation time.

 Good understanding of load based support de sign, including MEP loads, support spacing,

structural constraints, and selection of appropriate support sections and components.

 Coordinate support systems with MEP, architectural, structural, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and in terface issues.

 Coordinate with the GC/Client to understand, address, and close engineering and BIM related queries.

 Conduct site visits or obtain required site inputs to verify actual site conditions before finalizing and submitting BIM models to the client.

 Extract quantities, schedules, and model based information for Estimation, Procurement,

Production, and Project teams.

 Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards,
