Mobilization Cum Centre In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and activities of the training centre.

Drive student/trainee mobilization and achieve enrollment targets.

Build and maintain relationships with colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, TPOs, and faculty.

Conduct institutional visits, student counselling, presentations, and outreach activities.

Generate leads, follow up with students, and drive conversions.

Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth centre operations.

Maintain student records, attendance, reports, and documentation.

Prepare regular reports on mobilization, enrollment, and centre performance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in student mobilization, centre management, education/training, or business development.

Strong communication, counselling, and relationship-management skills.

Comfortable with field visits and travelling.

Knowledge of the local educational ecosystem in Maharashtra preferred.

Marathi communication skills preferred.
