Mobile TechnicianJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Technician with strong knowledge of iPhone and Android mobile repair, including both hardware and software troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in repairing mobile devices and be able to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.

Position Details

- Position: Mobile Technician
- Salary: SAR 2,000 per month
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week
- Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair iPhone and Android smartphones.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Replace and repair mobile screens and batteries.
- Repair and replace charging ports and related components.
- Identify faults in mobile devices and provide appropriate repair solutions.
- Handle motherboard and other hardware-related issues where applicable.
- Perform software installation, updates, resets, and troubleshooting.
- Test devices thoroughly after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean repair workstation.




- Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of repairs and replaced components when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mobile phone repair.
- Solid hands-on experience with iPhone and Android devices.
- Good knowledge of both hardware and software repairs.
- Experience in screen, battery, and charging-port replacement/repair.
- Ability to diagnose technical problems accurately.
- English and Arabic speaking skills preferred/required.
- Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Experienced candidates are preferred.
