Role Description

We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in mobile application development, Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Java, Swift, APIs, databases, cloud services, and modern software-development practices.

The Mobile Software Engineer will work closely with software, backend, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, and improve mobile applications and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Android SDK, iOS SDK, Flutter, React Native, REST APIs, Firebase, local databases, cloud platforms, authentication, push notifications, testing tools, and backend integrations depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in mobile application development, Android development, iOS development, Flutter development, React Native development, software engineering, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Mobile Software Engineer, Mobile Developer, Mobile Application Developer, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Flutter Developer, React Native Developer,



Kotlin Developer, Swift Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good programming knowledge in Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, Flutter, React Native, or similar mobile-development environments will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Android SDK, iOS SDK, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, UIKit, XML layouts, or modern mobile UI frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to positive understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and mobile-backend integration.
- Familiarity with Retrofit, OkHttp, Alamofire, Dio, Axios, or similar networking libraries will be beneficial.
- Exposure to SQLite, Room, Core Data, Firebase, Realm, Hive, or similar local and cloud storage technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with MVVM, MVC, MVP, Clean Architecture, repository patterns, or similar mobile-application architecture concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kotlin Coroutines, Swift Concurrency, async/await, RxJava, Combine, Streams, or asynchronous programming will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, Mockito, widget testing, UI testing, or automated mobile-testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Firebase Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Firestore, Remote Config,



or similar services will be considered an additional advantage.
- Basic understanding of push notifications, deep linking, background tasks, permissions, application lifecycle, and mobile security.
- Exposure to Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, application publishing, app signing, release management, or mobile deployment will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Gradle, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, npm, dependency management, build configurations, or mobile build processes will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or mobile DevOps tools will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, caching, offline functionality, battery usage, and application monitoring will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, secure storage, encryption, API security, or secure mobile-development practices will be an advantage.
- Exposure to cross-platform and native mobile-development technologies will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to maps, GPS, location services, camera APIs, payment gateways, Bluetooth, IoT, analytics, AI/ML integration, or other mobile capabilities will be considered an advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and user requirements and translate them into practical mobile application solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Android project, iOS project, Flutter project, React Native project, GitHub project, mobile application, Play Store/App Store application, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic mobile-development project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time mobile-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new mobile frameworks, programming languages, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software-development practices.
