About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily retail reports, sales data, store-wise performance, inventory reports, and management MIS. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing regular reports, analyzing performance, and providing timely insights to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales MIS

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS.
- Prepare store-wise, employee-wise, and category-wise sales reports.
- Track daily sales against targets and highlight variances.
- Monitor key retail performance parameters such as achievement %, conversion, average bill value, and productivity.
- Prepare sales target vs. achievement reports for management.
- Track store-wise performance and identify gaps in sales performance.

Store & Operations Reporting

- Collect and consolidate data from multiple retail stores.
- Maintain daily store performance trackers.
- Prepare reports related to store operations, staff productivity, attendance, and manpower.
- Ensure timely submission of reports from individual stores.
- Follow up with Store Managers/Area Managers for pending or incorrect data.
- Maintain proper records and databases for all retail locations.

Inventory MIS

- Prepare stock and inventory reports.
- Track stock availability, inward/outward movement, transfers, and discrepancies.
- Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for stock-related data.
- Prepare stock ageing and inventory analysis reports where required.

Excel & Data Management

- Maintain accurate databases and trackers using MS Excel.
- Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.




- Consolidate large volumes of data from different stores.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of MIS reports.

Management Reporting

- Prepare MIS dashboards and presentations for management review.
- Provide reports on sales, targets, inventory, manpower, and store performance.
- Highlight important trends, gaps, and variances in reports.
- Support management in decision-making through accurate and timely data.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in retail MIS, sales MIS, store operations, or business reporting will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Retail MIS, Sales MIS, or Operations Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
- Experience handling large datasets and multiple store reports.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with Store Managers and other teams.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports simultaneously.

As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
