- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for hospital management.

- Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from different departments.

- Maintain accurate records of OPD, IPD, admissions, discharges, surgeries, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, and other hospital operations.

- Generate reports on hospital KPIs, revenue, occupancy, patient volumes, and departmental performance.

- Coordinate with departments to collect data and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, dashboards, and reporting formats.

- Monitor data accuracy and ensure reports are submitted within deadlines.

- Prepare management dashboards and presentations as required.

- Track pending reports and follow up with concerned departments.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

- Support management in data analysis and decision-making.

- Perform any other MIS/reporting activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
