Desired Profile

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Power BI Dashboard Development, Sales Analytics, MIS Reporting, and Business Intelligence.
- Robust experience in transforming large datasets into interactive dashboards and actionable business insights.
- Experience supporting Sales, Trade Marketing, Distribution, or FMCG business teams preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for Sales, Distribution, Secondary Sales, Primary Sales, and KPI tracking.
- Create automated dashboards for:
- Sales Performance
- Target vs Achievement
- Territory Performance
- ASM/RSM Productivity
- Distributor Analysis
- SKU-wise Sales Performance
- Outlet Coverage and Growth Tracking

- Develop data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
- Connect and integrate data from Excel, ERP, CRM, SAP, or other business systems.
- Automate manual reporting processes through Power BI and Power Query.
- Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.




- Prepare executive dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Business Heads to understand reporting requirements.

- Power BI Certification (Microsoft PL-300 preferred).
