Why is this role exciting?

As an MIS Executive at Birla Pivot, you will build the reporting backbone that gives business and leadership teams a transparent, real-time view of performance — consolidating data, automating dashboards and tracking the numbers that guide day-to-day decisions across sales, inventory and collections, so every team can act on accurate, timely insight without chasing data manually.

What will you do?

MIS Reporting & Dashboards v Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports covering sales, inventory, collections and operational KPIs .

v Build and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI that give leadership a real-time view of business performance.

Business Analysis & Insights v Analyse trends across sales, inventory and collections to surface actionable insights for business teams.





v Support root-cause analysis on variances and flag anomalies proactively to stakeholders.

Data Validation & Quality v Consolidate data from ERP, CRM and other business systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

v Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate fixes with source system owners.

Stakeholder & Ad-hoc Support v Partner with sales, operations and finance teams to translate reporting needs into clear metrics.

v Respond to ad-hoc data requests and prepare summaries for leadership business reviews.

Process Automation & Governance v Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL to cut manual effort.

v Maintain MIS SOPs and templates to ensure consistent, audit-ready reporting.

What makes you a great fit?

v 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in MIS, reporting, business analytics or a related field;

experience in a quick-paced B2B or e-commerce environment is a strong plus v Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Statistics, Engineering or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus v Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, lookups); working knowledge of SQL and Power BI/Tableau preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously; clear written and verbal communication; comfort working in a fast-paced environment v Proven ability to own reporting cycles end-to-end, work independently and meet tight, recurring deadlines.

v Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to spot data issues and resolve them independently.
