Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and analytical MIS & Budgeting Executive to manage the company's management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.

The role will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely MIS reports, developing annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance against budgets, analyzing business and financial variances, and providing meaningful insights to management for decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, advanced MS Excel knowledge, excellent understanding of financial data, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and MIS reporting. Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or a fast-growing business environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for preparing and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS covering sales, purchases, revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, cash flow, profitability, inventory, and marketplace performance.
- Consolidating data and developing accurate management reports, dashboards, and standardized MIS formats.




- Coordinating annual budgeting and preparing department-wise and business-wise budgets.
- Monitoring Budget vs. Actual performance, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, rolling forecasts, and financial scenarios to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyzing sales, margins, product-wise, channel-wise, and marketplace-wise profitability, including commissions, logistics, discounts, returns, and other deductions.
- Monitoring expenses, cost drivers, fixed and variable costs, and supporting cost-control initiatives.
- Maintaining MIS databases, improving Excel-based reporting, automating repetitive processes, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Providing management with financial insights and actionable recommendations for business planning, pricing, expansion, profitability, and cost optimization and working closely with Finance, Accounts, Ecommerce,
- Sales, Purchase, Operations, Marketing, and Management teams for timely reporting and ad-hoc analysis or effective decision-making.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
