MIS / Advanced Excel Executive (Operations & WFM)Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on MIS / Advanced Excel Executive who can turn raw data into actionable insights and support Operations, WFM, and Sales teams with accurate reporting and process improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Excel, understands business processes, and can independently manage reports and dashboards.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Create and maintain daily MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, Power Query, and Macros
- Track and analyze team performance, productivity, and sales metrics
- Support WFM activities like capacity planning, shrinkage tracking, and scheduling data
- Identify gaps in processes and suggest data-driven improvements
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Must-Have Skills

- Solid working knowledge of Advanced Excel:
- Pivot Tables, Dashboards
- INDEX-MATCH / XLOOKUP
- IF, ARRAY formulas
- Data cleaning & structuring




- Experience in MIS reporting / data analysis
- Understanding of at least one domain:
- Operations / BPO
- WFM (Workforce Management)
- Sales reporting
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Macros / VBA
- Power BI / Tableau
- Google Sheets (IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, etc.)
- Basic SQL

Experience

- 1–4 years (flexible based on skill level)
