- Minimum 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting for Accounts Receivable (AR) within the US Healthcare Medical Billing domain.
- Solid expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Experience in preparing operational and management reports for AR teams.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly AR MIS reports.
- Track AR performance metrics, productivity, collections, aging, and denial trends.
- Create dashboards and provide actionable insights to operations leadership.
- Perform data validation, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and business reviews.
