- Position: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
- Experience Level: 3 to 5 years
- Core Focus: Building custom business applications, workflow automations, and data integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- App Development: Design and build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to replace legacy or manual business processes.
- Workflow Automation: Create, optimize, and maintain automated workflows and business approvals using Power Automate.
- Data Management: Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
- System Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and external REST APIs.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and business analysts to translate operational requirements into scalable technical designs.

Location Requirement: Delhi NCR candidates only

Compensation: Expected salary must align with our fixed budget of ₹8–10 LPA.

Experience Cap: Maximum 4 years of experience; candidates with 5+ years of experience need not apply.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



3+ years of hands-on technical development within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and connectors. Familiarity with Power BI, Copilot Studio, or Power Pages is a strong plus.
- Coding & Scripting: Basic web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or C# for custom component development (PCF).
- Data & Cloud: Understanding of relational database concepts, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and transparent communication for client or stakeholder-facing tasks.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, alongside official Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
